The workshop included an alkaline ZeNLP vegan lunch

The alkaline vegan lunch menu included clear vegetble soup, green salad, boiled kidney beans, cashew nuts, almonds, raisins, mangoes and colourful vegetable and fruit juices. Acidic cash crops like tea, coffee, sugar and salt were excluded. Participnts were energetic and alert throughout the post lunch session.
