One must start one's morning trek at 10:30 a.m. and evening trek at 5:30 p.m. to Surya Mandir. The area is home to thick dry deciduous forests which carpet the hills. The drive from Jaipur to Surya Mandir takes about thirty minuters at peak traffic. We start our drive to Surya Mandir by 10:`00 a.m. and reach Surya Mandir comfortably by 10:30 a.m.
