Coriander chutney

Quantity Ingredient Details
200 gm. Coriander leaves Wash thoroughly and finely chop
Three peeled garlic pods Chopped
Five raw peanuts crushed
pinch of. Sea salt or rock salt
One Lime Cut into halves


Add the coriander leaves, green chillies, garlic pods and peanuts into a blender, add water and blend till you achieve a thick consistency.Add sea salt and squeeze lime juice on top. I had this delicious chutney from a road-side vendor at Dhola Vira in Kutch.
