Recipe: Heat oil in a pan. Stir fry the chopped onions and garlic till the onions turn translucent. Add the tomatoes and cook for a while. Add the sliced mushrooms. Saute for a while till water comes out of the mushrooms. Now add turmeric powder,chilly powder and cummin-coriander powder and sea salt and cook on a low flame till the mushrooms are done. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves. Serve with hot boiled rice or rotis.
