Potatoes with turmeric

Quantity Ingredient Details
200 gm. Potatoes Boiled and cubed
pinch of Sea Salt or rock salt
20 ml. Cold pressed coconut oil or mustard oil
10 gm. Turmeric powder Haldi powder
5 gm. Mustard seeds Rai
5 gm. Red Chilly Powder Lal Mirchi powder
pinch Sea Salt or rock salt


Recipe:

Heat the oil in a pan. Add the mustard seeds and stir till they splutter. Then add the cubed potatoes and saute till they are evenly cooked. Add the turmeric and red chilly powder in a spoon of water, mix it evenly and add to the sauted potatoes.Add half a cup of water. Cook on a low flame with a closed lid, till all the water evaporates. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Add sea salt to taste.
