Recipe:
Heat oil in a wok, Add the bay leaves and red chillies. Add panch phootan and stir till they splutter. Now add all the cut vegetables and stir fry for a while. Then, saute on a low flame with a closed lid till the vegetables are done. Add the red chilly powder,cummin-coriander powder,turmeric powder and sea salt Stir intermittantly, Cook on a low flame Add 10 ml. of water and cook with a closed lid till all the water evaportaes on its own Serve with red boiled rice.
