Pumpkin Soup

Quantity Ingredient Details
200 gm. Pumpkin Cubed
10 gm. Mint finely sliced
10 gm. Coriander leaves Freshly chopped


Boil the pumpkin cubes in an open pan. Remove into a bowl and garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves.Add a pinch of sea salt to the soup and serve hot.
