Malaysian vegetables with Flat Rice Noodles

Quantity Ingredient Details
100 gm. Pak Choi (Chinese lettuce) sliced
10 gm. ginger Finely chopped
20 ml. Cold pressed sesame oil or palm oil
10 gm. ginger cut into strips
pinch Sea Salt or rock salt
100 gm. Carrots slivered
10 gm. Lemon grass leaves Freshly plucked
50 gm. diced


Recipe:

Boil the flat rice noodles in an open pan till they are soft. Drain the water and keep aside. Add oil in a wok. Add the chopped ginger and saute on a low flame till it crackles. Add the carrots and lettuce and saute till thy are evenly cooked on both sides. Now add the flat nodles and cook on a high flame for a few minutes. Add a bit of sea salt and garnish with lemongrass leaves. I had this dish at Berjaya Tioman Beach Resort at Malaysia.
