Recipe:
Boil the flat rice noodles in an open pan till they are soft. Drain the water and keep aside. Add oil in a wok. Add the chopped ginger and saute on a low flame till it crackles. Add the carrots and lettuce and saute till thy are evenly cooked on both sides. Now add the flat nodles and cook on a high flame for a few minutes. Add a bit of sea salt and garnish with lemongrass leaves. I had this dish at Berjaya Tioman Beach Resort at Malaysia.
