Recipe: Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds till they splutter. Then add the tomatoes and cook for a while. Add the bolied potaotes and gobi. Saute for a while. Now add turmeric powder,chilly powder and cummin-coriander powder and sea salt, and a litlle water and cook on a low flame till the water evaporates and the gravy acquires a thick consistency. Garnish with ginger juliennes and chopped coriander leaves Serve with hot rotis.
