Recipe: Rinse the rice thoroughly. and soak the rice for a few hours and grind them into a fine paste. Keep the batter for a few hours. Pour the batter into a wok and spread evenly on the pan in by moving the wok. Lightly fry them on both sides by pouring one spoonfull of oil for each side till they are done. Serve hot with coconut chutney, sambhar or kadala curry or vegetable stew.
