Recipe:
Heat coconut oil in a pan Add the grated coconut and coconut jaggery and cardomom powder so that it forms a thick mixture. Saute this mixture on a low flame till a fine aroma permeates the air. Mix the rice flour with water and make into a dough. Spread the dough over a banana leaf, Spread the coconut filling over the rice crepes and steam them in a vessel used to steam idlis.
